"Sweets to the Sweet"

Come join us in our baking classes and have some fun making beautiful, delicious pastry, cakes and desserts.  Impress your friends with beautiful cream puff swan, fresh fruit tarts, Caramel Baskets and caramel decorations and much, much more. 

For the holidays we'll be teaching Croquembouche, Bouche de Noel, Pumpkin Rolls and more fun things.

Classes will be taught in our new, sparkling, commercially approved kitchen, but are limited due to time and space.

Classes will now be scheduled every TUESDAY between the hours of 12:00 noon and 6:00 p.m.  Most classes are approximately three hours long including prep time and cleanup unless otherwise indicated.

Next and last baking class for the year is Buche de Noel, scheduled for Tuesday, December 1, 2009, 12:00 noon, 4:00 p.m.

This special class is our last class for the holiday rush.  If interested, please call the shop to sign up.  Price for this class is $50.00 and includes all materials.
