Sweet Estelle

For a long time friend who hit a milestone birthday, this two tier cake was created of two different cakes. One tier was white cake with raspberry curd and raspberry mousse made with raspberry confiture and fresh raspberries; and the other tier was yellow cake with passion fruit curd and passion fruit mousse. The heart on top is made of white chocolate with a drawing of a lady blowing a kiss reflecting Estelle's invitations.
