White Chocolate Glory

For a very special lady, we created a light-as- air white, coconut cake, filled with lemon mousse, fresh raspberries and mandarin oranges. Decorated with whip cream, white chocolate ganache, white chocolate leaves, fresh raspberries, mandarin oranges and a sprinkling of lightly toasted coconut.
