What A Doll

At a friend's request, we created this little doll cake for her daughter's 3rd birthday. At 3 years old, Alana insisted on a doll dressed in pink. This is a white cake with creme patissiere and fresh strawberries inside and the dress is a combination of whip cream and frosting.
