Gloria's Tower of Power

This wedding cake features four tiers with at least three tiers featuring three different types of filling and cake. The bride requested a chocolate chip cake with a light chocolate mousse, a white cake with passion fruit curd overlayered with passion fruit mousse and white cake with creme patissiere, fresh strawberries and bananas. The final couverture is whipped cream in ivory and fresh flowers.
