For the delight of you chocoholics, we've created a fabulously moist, rich chocolate Truffle Cake. This cake takes a different shape than our usual bundt cake and is packed with rich Swedish semi-sweet, and dark robust chocolate. Rich in cream and butter, the chocolate truffle filling sits on a dark, rich layer of chocolate cake which is lightly topped with a raspberry confiture. We then put a layer of chocolate truffle cream on top and cover the entire cake with our wonderfully rich dark Swedish chocolate ganache, drizzled and decorated with white chocolate and package it in our gormet gift box with hand tied ribbons and gift card.
A personal sentiment such as Congratulations, Happy Birthday, or Happy Anniversary, etc., can be written directly onto the cake. This cake is best shipped during the cool, fall to spring months (October - May).
