This cake has great keeping qualities, but don't expect it to last too long. It'll be gone before Santa comes down the chimney. You don't have to refrigerate it, but if you choose, it'll be just fine. Serve it sliced with a dollop of whip cream and your favorite rum sauce on top and voila!! Bon Appetit!
