Cake Flavors

• Yellow or White Cake - Melt in your mouth, moist and tender, great with any filling
• Genoise - French sponge, light as a feather and contains virtually no fat
• Yellow Chiffon - Light, fluffy and very tender sponge cake, similar to sponge with a bit more fat.  Will melt in your mouth.
• Chocolate Chiffon - The chocolate version is for those who love chocolate, but prefer very light and delicate chocolate cake.
• Chocolate Cake - Rich, moist, fluffy and very chocolaty, made with sweet dark chocolate.
• Black Midnight Cake - This cake is black as midnight with an intense, rich, moist texture made with black cocoa.
• German Chocolate Cake - A popular favorite cake among lovers of coconut and pecans. 
• Chocolate Chip Cake - Moist and tender, yellow or white cake with chocolate pieces & shavings baked into the cake.
• Marble Cake - A combinatioin of yellow or white cake with a little chocolate swirled into the batter, a popular combination for lovers of both cakes.
• Carrot Cake - Loaded with fresh, grated carrots, coconut, pineapple, nuts and spices.
• Banana Nut Spice Cake - Fresh mashed bananas, nuts and an assortment of spices.
• Pumpkin Nut Spice Cake - Sweet pureed pumpkin, nuts, and spices.
• Red Velvet Cake - An old southern specialty.  Blood red inside, moist and tender, best with whipped cream and fresh strawberries and/or raspberries, also cream cheese filling.
