Ordering

Due to the perishability of our cakes, orders are only shipped Monday through Thursday by 2nd day Air, unless otherwise specified by you, in which case, your order can be shipped Next Day Air and can be shipped Monday through Friday (Friday for a Saturday delivery).  Please note that when we use our Fed Ex. carrier for Saturday delivery, additional charges will be incurred.  You may also elect to ship any item by ground service for more economical shipping, however, we cannot be responsible for lack of freshness.

(Please note that when ordering multiple items to the same address, they'll be a credit adjustment on your order.  We are not able to implement this in the Shopping Cart so we do it manually.  Example, the shopping cart may say that the shipping weight for 3 cakes to the same address is 24.00, however, we offer a multiple shipping price of less to the same address, so the price may only be 15.00.  We'll always inform you when this occurs and the credit will be noted on your card.)

All orders are FOB the local Los Angeles area.

Because our products are made specifically to your order, we require at least two and preferably 3 days notice in order to have your order ready for shipping.  During the busy holiday season, please allow at least one week to process your order.

Please note that certain items such as Malibu Rocks® are not recommended for shipping during the hot summer months, however, it is one of the few items which can be shipped ground. 

You may place your order as follows:

Shop On-Line:  You may shop on-line 24-7.  You will receive a confirmation of your order. 

Shop By Phone:  Just give us a call at 818/783-4163 and we'll take your order by phone.  A confirmation will either be faxed or emailed back to you.

Credit Cards:  For your shopping convenience, we accept the following credit cards.  All On-Line orders are processed through our secure server.
