	Barbados Festival Fruitcake - Gold - $36.00     Created from Centuries of familly tradition on the island of Barbados, this is an ultra moist fruitcake and a delicious holiday dessert.  It is drenched in dark rum, port wine, cream sherry, and is rich in exotic fruit finely ground and marinated for several months.  This cake has a rich, moist, buttery texture and a very dark color from both the fruit and a blending of rich caramel.   Decorated with white ganache and a sprinkling of gold dragees for an elegant affect, it can be served with whipped cream, hard sauce or simply enjoyed au naturel.  Serves 16 to 20.
