My wife told me that a friend told her that Lattis' cakes were the best as we had a function coming up so I ordered the cake. Well, the cake was the hit of the party so she is 'in the house!' Dear, Dear Lattis! I cannot begin to say 'Thank You' enough for outsourcing me to work with you last Saturday. Not only did I learn a wealth of knowledge just studying you at work, but I learned how soooo many people love and respect your ability to prepare the most delicious food faire that anyone could hope for. It is clear that you are happiest when you're creating desserts!

My mouth still waters when I think of the delicious desserts you prepared. They were awesome!!!! The raspberry creme cake was soooo beautiful and delicious and the fruit tart...the neopolitan custard & strawberry dish were each excellent! The brownies??? Well....they lasted about 5 minutes tops! You are such a beautiful and wonderfully-gifted lady.

I will not hesitate to tell everyone who will listen about you and your incredible cusine & desserts! I look ahead to working with you again real soon!
