	Red Velvet Cake - $48.00 includes shipping     An old southern specialty, Red Velvet Cake is blood red inside, moist and velvety and just simply, delicious.  We're presenting it, once again, with a little creamy cheesecake-like filling swirled into the cake (optional) for those who prefer it.  Decorated with a white chocolate ganache and red chocolate drizzle, it makes a great presentation. Serve it with a dollop of whip cream and a few berries for an extra special dessert.  It will grace any table and is terrific as a hostess gift.  Treat yourself or a friend. 	Tantalizing Lemon Cake - $47.00 Includes Shipping Our Deliciously Tantalizing Lemon Cake is one of our new additions to our already sumptuous cake faire.  Made with fresh lemon juice, lemon zest and sweet butter, as the name suggests, this cake will simply tantalize your senses.  It is decorated with our delicious white chocolate ganache, lemon druzzle and bits of fresh lemon zest on top, then sealed and gift boxed in our gourmet box with hand tied ribbons and a personalized gift card. 	Chocolate Chocolate Truffle Cake - $50.00 Includes Shipping For the delight of you chocoholics, we've created a fabulously moist, rich chocolate truffle cake.  Packed with more than a pound of sweet Swedish and ultra dark chocolate, it virtually has no flour and is rich in eggs and pure cream.  The chocolate truffle filling sits on a dark, rich layer of chocolate cake.  We then put a layer of chocolate truffle cream on top and cover the entire cake with our wonderfully rich, dark, Swedish chocolate ganache, drizzled and decorated with white chocolate and package it in our gourmet gift box with hand tied ribbons and a gift card. A personal sentiment such as Congratulations, Happy Birthday, or Happy Anniversary, etc., can be written directly onto the cake.  This cake is best shipped during the cool, fall to spring months (October - May or even  a cool June).
