Welcome to the Quick Order Cakes page.  We decided to add this page because so many of our customers who need cakes cannot decide what to order or perhaps don't have the time to select the appropriate cake, the filling, the couverture or the design.  Some of you just want it quick and simple, so listed below are some favorites which past customers have ordered and since we already had the photographs anyway, it was easy to make them available to you.  You will still have the option though, to select from the pull down menu, a different type of cake, filling, and in some cases, couverture.  However, again, this page was developed primarily to make ordering a cake as you see it in the size you want by just clicking to place your order. 

Please also note that these cakes are only available in the Los Angeles area and CANNOT be shipped.

	A Circle of Roses - 8" A Circle of Roses is the ultimate Red Velvet Cake.  Three layers of red velvet cake filled with pure whipped cream, fresh raspberries and fresh strawberries combined in a pure whipped cream base with a hint of berry brandy.  The couverture and roses are made of whipped cream with Red Velvet Crumbs designed around the base.  Simply scrumptuous. 	Love That Lemon Cake - 8" Love That Lemon Cake is just for lemon lovers.  Our devinely moist yellow delicate lemon cake is filled with our creamy, tangy home made lemon filling made with fresh lemon juice, we then gently fold mandarin oranges into the filling for that extra special taste.  The entire cake is covered in a light whipped cream and decorated with dollops of cream, chocolate leaves or chocolate circles in white or dark chocolate, more mandarin oranges and toasted almonds.  We add a sweet sentiment for you such as happy birthday, or new baby or whatever you desire, just let us know. 	Praline & Chocolate Harmony - 8" Our Praline & Chocolate Harmony features three layers of rich, moist chocolate cake, filled with chocolate mousse and fresh stawberries. Covered with whipped cream overlayered with chocolate ganache and decorated with chocolate dipped strawberries and almond praline. 	White Chocolate Glory - 8" White Chocolate Glory was created for a very notable actress who loves lemon, raspberries and coconut, so this is the cake we created for her birthday.  A white lemon cake filled with double layers of Lemon with Mandarin Orange filling and Fresh Raspberries.  The entire cake is then covered with whipped cream and overlayered with a white chocolate ganache; decorated with handmade white chocolate leaves, fresh raspberries and mandarin oranges.  Serves 12 - 15 $35.00

	Chocolate Raspberry Sunrise - 8" Chocolate Raspberry Sunrise is a creamy, moist, very chocolate cake filled with two layers of raspberry confiture, chocolate mousse and fresh raspberries.  The cake is then covered with a very light chocolate whipped cream, topped with a poured chocolate ganache and decorated with white and dark chocolate leaves, chocolate cigarettes and fresh raspberries. 8" - Serves 12 - 15 $36.00

	Essence of A Rainbow - 8" Essence of a Rainbow is one of our original trademark cakes, originally made of genoise, (very light sponge), but here we feature it in a rich, moist yellow cake filled with Creme Patissiere (vanilla cream), fresh strawberries and a hint of liqueur (optional).  Decorated with whipped cream and assorted fresh fruit.  8" - Serves 12 - 15 $32.00

	Basket of Springtime - 8" Basket of Springtime was a creation for one of our regular customers celebrating an evening with the girls.  This cake features a white raspberry swirl cake with raspberry mousse filling and fresh raspberries.  The couverture is white and peach buttercream with assorted whipped cream roses and a white chocolate peach colored handle. 8" - Serves 12 to 15 $48.00

	Lady Finger Cake - 8" This cake was created for a friend whose name is Deirdre.  She simply wanted a light, moist, delicious cake for a special occasion and asked me if I could make a cake using lady fingers.  I, of course, said 'yes' and hence I created this cake.  It is really not so original, but because I like my cakes to have lots of flavor and I use liqueurs and fresh fruit, this cake is very special.  It has lots of flavor, is very light, moist and tender, yet not overwhelming.  You can omit the liqueur or even the fruit, but I don't recommend that.  Layers of delicious Italian lady fingers with lightly sweetened, delicious creme patissiere and fresh strawberries, blueberries or raspberries sandwiched between the fingers with rum, brandy or other liqueur and fragrant, imported vanilla.  Covered with whipped cream and your requested decoration or one that we'll create for you, it will be the hit of the party.
