We've finally been able to create a few cheesecakes which we enjoyed enough to share with you, so we hope you'll enjoy sharing them with your friends and family for those very special occasions such as birthdays, promotions, anniversaries, girls night in or out, or any other fabulous get-to-gethers you may conjure up.

Calypso Dream Strawberry Cheesecake

Calypso Dream Strawberry Cheesecake is our white chocolate cheesecake with whole strawberry confiture swirled into the cake nestled and baked on a layer of light and moist strawberry covered cake. Luscious and divinely delicious, the top is decorated with whole, fresh strawberries on a diagonal slice and the sides are covered with strawberry halves and slices, glazed and dripping with love.

Calypso Dream Strawberry Cheesecake II

Our Calypso Dream Strawberry Cheesecake II is similar to our Calypso Dream Strawberry Cheesecake without the fresh fruit on the top and sides. This is the same white chocolate cheesecake on a light, moist cake layer with strawberry confiture on the bottom and swirled throughout the cake. The top is decorated with strawberry confiture, a white chocolate truffle layer, and strawberry wafer rolls or cookies dipped in white chocolate.

Tropical Breeze Cheesecake is a deliciously creamy cheesecake with real raspberries, raspberry confiture and mango puree swirled throughout the cake which gently rests on a raspberry covered genoise (sponge cake) base, topped with a layer of raspberry confiture and raspberry flavored white chocolate ganache. Pistachio Pizzaz Cheesecake

Pistachio lovers will enjoy this version of our Pistachio Pizzaz Cheesecake. A blast of pistachio essence and chopped pistachio nuts are blended into a creamy cheesecake batter. The finished product is topped with white chocolate ganache and more chopped pistachio nuts around the sides, then decorated with dollops of creamy mounds, wafer cookies and white chocolate decoration. It's like eating pistachio ice-cream.

Sea Splash - Guava/Coconut Cheesecake

Sea Splash is truly a tropical taste. We use coconut cream and coconut essence for that real coconut flavor and then enhance this cheesecake with a splash of guava puree swirled through the cake which sits on a coconut genoise or shortbread crust. Finally, we top it with another splash of guava puree and decorate it with our white ganache and toasted coconut on the sides, yeah man.
