Our team was small, but very efficient and effective in producing our unique and scrumptious gourmet fare. Ours was a place where students from culinary schools such as Le Condon Bleu and L.A. culinary school and other hotel schools completed their internships and honed their skills. It was always a joy to work with them.

Once tucked away in a corner of a tiny shopping center, Sweetreats by Lattis was the bright light of the center where customers from various parts of California flocked to partake of our baked goods such as our heavenly truffle cake; Black Midnight Madness Chocolate cake; scrumptiously moist Red Ridiculously Red Velvet Cake, or to savor in our tender and delicious scones.
